Lifetime Warranty – Jewellry

We stand behind the quality of our jewellry. If your Caltian piece ever tarnishes, fades, or accidentally breaks, we’ll replace it.

Simply email a photo of the item along with your order number and a short explanation to support@caltian.com. We’ll take care of the rest with a replacement or store credit.

Please note that our Lifetime Warranty applies to jewellry only and does not cover items that are lost, stolen, scratched, intentionally damaged, or damaged by third parties. Our fair use policy helps us ensure this service remains available to all customers.

Each item is eligible for one free replacement. If you ever need further support beyond that, we’ll be happy to offer a gift card or refund so you can choose a new piece.
